Bonjour !
My name is Marion, I am 34 years old and I currently live in Belfast, UK.
I was born and grew up in Fréjus, a coastal town in the South East of France, located between Nice and Marseille.

After obtaining my Baccalauréat (equivalent A Levels) in Economic and Social Sciences, I moved to Béziers, near Montpellier, and studied to become an osteopath. In 2015, after 5 years I finally graduated.
In 2016 I decided that I wanted to learn to speak English in an English-speaking country and I left France to spend one year working and travelling in New Zealand. This experience was so positive that I decided to spend another two years in Australia. In 2019 I decided to come back to Europe and move to the UK.

For the last 4 years, I have been working full-time with pupils and students under the age of 18 as well as adults, preparing them to succeed in their examinations (GCSE, A Levels, DELF and DALF) and be confident in speaking French.

My tutoring approach
Being a native French speaker and fluent in English, passionate about languages and having been down the path of learning a new language myself, I understand the struggles that a new language learner might have and I know how to be successful, whatever level you decide you want to achieve.

Wether you would like to know the basics to be ready for an upcoming holiday to France, practice your French through simple or more intensive conversations, write in French, prepare for an exam (GCSE, A LEVEL, DALF, DELF...), want your children to learn some French... I am all up for it!​​

My aim is to make learning French as fun as possible, while matching your needs and reaching your goals.
After each lesson, I would send you an email with a recap of what had been covered (+ materials), what you can do at home to practise - only if you want - and what we would cover on the next lesson so you know exactly where you are at.

What happens during a lesson?
All the lessons are online, through Zoom or Skype and will last 55mn.
I use various various contents such as: workbooks, audio documents, videos and I am trying to keep up to date with the constant flow of new learning material to give you the best experience.
